A federally appointed judge by President Obama. he is completely biased, & has no concept of being a real judge. This man needs to be removed, & & every case he has ever judged, needs to be reviewed.

Typical NY judge. Horrible! No clue whatsoever. Poor understanding of the issues. Very biased. Don't expect to be treated fairly.

Broderick is a career corporate defense attorney pretending to be unbiased by dressing up in a robe. He procrastinates. When his opinions finally appear, they reveal that he's lazy, dishonest, or both.

I don't know why he's on the bench, doesn't know the law and doesn't care to. Pray the wheel doesn't give him to you if you're a P.I. practitioner, as he's jealous of lawyers who make money. As a bonus, he has a disgusting demeanor about him.
