Pseudo-intellectual who is unable to understand or deal with complex cases. Little knowledge of the Rules of Evidence and makes wildly inconsistent rulings on identical evidentiary issues during the same hearing. Fails to think logically.

This judge has preconceived notions about people and things that do not change. Wants to be an intellectual, but has the mindset of an isolated small-town judge.
