Judge Gorsuch was an admirable & honorable choice for Supreme Court Justice. That stated, many of our Colorado citizens are thankful that Judge Brimmer was not part of our current selection process for SCOTUS. His willful intent in refusing to honor and respect our Constitution as well as abuse of discretion is reflective in his judicial opinions. Not a judgeship our country should be victimized by any further.

seems to disfavor pro se litigants in foreclosure matters. Has made some decent opinions except when they involve Colorado foreclosure which do not reflect Supreme Court Colorado rulings as well as some United States Supreme Court rulings.

It can be proven by way of evidence, and documents from both parties to the case his extreme bias towards Pro se litigants. This is categorized in his own judicial opinions. While unfortunate, he holds a pattern of disregarding Constitutional law and credible unrefuted documents. Not something we experienced with his father or other judicial members. Very apparent when self representation litigants are involved. No greater threat to our system than that of a judge who refuses to review all facts, law and evidence in a case.

Could not agree more with a previous comment that Judge Brimmer is extremely biased, not very well competent, and his rulings are flat wrong or conclusory. His own drafted opinion proves this beyond a doubt. Respectfully, he's nothing like his father in any capacity as Judge.

I thought Judge Brimmer was an excellent Judge. I was the Plaintiff, but I felt this Judge was very fair minded to both sides. He would give thought to a ruling before offering his opinion on a topic. Even if I would have lost I would have thought the Judge was more then fair in my case.

He's nothing like his father. Extremely biased against the little guy and really not very competent. Many of his rulings are flat wrong or conclusory.

Nice judge, but is quite biased. If the Plaintiff is an individual, and the Defendant is a big corporation, he's never seen a Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment that he doesn't like.

Very bright. Industrious. Knows how to try a case. Rules quickly and correctly. Great temperment. Will be one of the best trial judges in America. Just like his father, it is a pleasure to try a case in his courtroom.
