Judge refused to find respondent in contempt of order that said 'shall be filed before all purpose family court judge' when respondent filed in civil court in different county (forum shopping), said order was 'ambiguous', also denied petitioner award of fees mandated by family code 2030 without stating reason as required by law

This is the first judge I have ever gotten to change his mind after he had made it up! This speaks volumes as far as fairness is concerned.

didn't care to read the case, follow the law, or use guidelines. He's a puppet for the AUSA

Doesn't feel he has to follow the law or court rules even when compliance with these and due process would take relatively minimal effort. Rulings were sloppy and careless. I have not seen this low level of performance from a federal district judge before.
