Civil Litigation - Private

rating:
8.5
Judge Kinkeade has an outstanding demeanor. Like most judges, his primary motivation is to get cases to settle and he does not hide this. Nevertheless, as an out of state attorney with an out of state client, I felt we were treated fairly and evenhandedly against a hometown lawyer. He does not tolerate BS in his courtroom, and he did excoriate a witness who was being disingenuous, but is generally a gentleman and an outstanding jurist.
