The people who speak favorably of Judge Blake were told to make those postings to boost her ratings. She is a deceitful judge who conspired with another judge in West Virginia to have him specially assigned to a case to rule a certain way against a litigant who raised a valid judicial complaint against her. She should be in prison for what she did along with the judge from West Virginia. A terrible example of a jurist who gets by with misconduct and thinks she is God.

All of the negative comments are true. She doesn't belong on the bench, let alone serve as a chief judge. You are right. She should be tossed in prison. Incompetent, intellectually dishonest, and the most unqualified of jurists. Sloppy vetting. We need better senators. Who even allowed her to become a judge. A disgrace. Why are we citizens putting up with these no good lifetime appointment judges on the federal bench.

The number one job of all elected or appointed officials is to uphold the Constition of the United States Of America, those of you who ignore that responsibility need to be fired. Guns are not the problem, criminals and bleeding heart Liberals are. There is no such thing as an assault rifle, the AR 15 is self loading rifle. Assault is defined as a physical attack, which I believe can only be done by a person. A rifle by itself cannot assault anything, you took an oath, practice what you preach.

She helped gut the 2nd amendment. '...shall not be infringed' is totally destroyed by her holding the rabid anti-gun laws of Maryland. I am sure the armed criminals will applaud her disarming the good people with guns that could impede them.

This woman should be tossed into prison. She took an oath to serve and protect the Constitution, yet violates it in her own 'Dummycrat' way! When you are elected or appointed to this seat, politics are to remain outside the chambers. Her recent ruling on gun control and gun laws in Maryland proves that she doesn't know anything. I spend my summers in Maryland and consider it my home away from home. It pains me very deeply to see a moron like this on the seat of one of the most important courts in the land. Step down please -- you don't deserve to wear that robe.

Reluctantly I have come to the conclusion that Judge Blake is a lazy jurist who has lost her ability at independent thought. Very sad. Most of her opinions these days are intellectually dishonest. On a brighter note, she is pleasant in the courtroom.

She is thoughtful, hard working and gets what it means to be a trial judge. I am thrilled to have her in civil cases, regardless of side, but in criminal cases, she definitely leans toward the government.
