A very ineffective arbitrary judge. Very opinionated and lacks courtroom skill or respect for lawyers.

One of the worst judges in the entire federal judiciary. Has no respect for the rule of law and will not read your briefs or motions before ruling on them, even without the benefit of oral argument.

I appeared before Judge Bowdre extensively right after her appointment. While she lacked experience, she made up for it in effort, courtesy, candor and intellect. I think she will grow into a fine judge over time.
