This judge never served in the Military and harbors STRONG hate for those that did. Judge Walker will make up any lie, and engage in any illegal act, to deny Pro Se Litigants, and especially Disabled Veterans, and those in the Military their Constitutional Rights to 'Meaningful' Access to his Court. Extremely Dishonest and he is a Habitual Liar who rubberstamps everything his partner Magistrate Gary R. Jones does. A pair of Anti-American Criminals that should be in prison instead of on the bench.

Greatest Judge ever because of his ability to be unbiased and fair. I have lost before him but understand why. Every judge should be like Judge Walker

An excellent, outstanding example of the federal judiciary. Extremely smart, driven, kind but quick to call out improper conduct. And ALWAYS knows your record far better than you do. Absolutely stunning absorption of facts and keen insights you've never thought of. An unbelievable judge.

Mark Walker is everything you'd ever want in a judge. Unfailingly courteous, smart, engaged, with a nice sense of humor and a total lack of pretention. Judge Walker has had the unenviable task of taking over dockets from several other judges in the district, but has worked hard to clear up backlogs. He listens to legal arguments and treats all counsel with respect.

Takes his job seriously and works hard to do right by the parties. Friendly and respectful with counsel. Well-prepared for hearings. Smart.

He may be the smartest judge in the Northern District. He has the following excellent qualities: impressive scholarship, straight-down-the-middle fairness and neutrality, efficiency, industry, cheerfulness, patience, and courtesy.
