We caught Judge Bury in the act of committing fraud, perjury and obstruction of justice with his own documents where he displayed a complete malicious contempt and prejudice towards the litigant and his case!! He also implemented a double standard regarding his continual refusal to abide by the constitution, covid orders and written law for the litigant's case!

I recently read your decision on Arizona's restrictions of abortion. Your decision is so disgusting that it should give every U.S. District Judge a pause. They should remind themselves that there are good, honorable judges, and then there are morally reprehensible judges like you, Judge Bury. Your appointment was not based on qualifications, but, like a hired gun, based on your willingness to do the bidding of President Bush. I have no doubt that your decision will be overturned. Your reputation will never recover.

Good judge. Tends to side with the government but generally fair to both sides. Tougher sentencer by Arizona standards, but very consistent in his sentencing philosophy. Well prepared.
