Temperament is terrible. Discourteous to counsel. Easily one of the worst judges before whom I have practiced.

Hot-headed and at times completely irrational when making rulings. Very quick to hand out excessive fines for absolutely no reason other than having a contrary opinion to his. Rules his bench like a dictator. When called out for making a mistake expect not contrition but a fine.

I don't think its possible for judge sleet to be an honest person or judge. There is no way possible a man can rule in favor of extending the patent on lyrica another 6 years causing people like me in a wheel chair and a spinal cord injury to suffer because myself and many many others can not afford lyrica. A lot of very wealthy people are going to become even more wealthy while disabled people such as myself with nothing more than ssdi to survive on suffer greatly. I think this was a perfect example of the power of money. But I think we people, the ones that pay and suffer will not suffer long. Not long at all. The rich get richer,at the expense of people like me. God have mercy on you all for hurting so many.

It can take a very long time to get a ruling. Perhaps Judge Sleet should consider working his clerks harder and issuing rulings from the bench to clear the backlog. While he is undoubtedly fair, justice delayed is justice denied.

Judge sleet is unbelievably slow in handling his cases. Some people have been waiting for as long as 3 years for his decision. He is pathetic!.....I'm sure he doesn't miss his vacations in the Caribbean.....

I've observed the political scene for a while, and he's among the best judges on the bench out there. Yes, the docket moves slowly, but you can hardly blame him for that - the three judges on the Delaware district court have been incredibly overburdened since 2006, when Judge Jordan vacated his seat to go to the Third Circuit. He is smart, even-handed, and clearly gives a lot of thought to his opinions.

I wish Judge Sleet's decisions would be more timely. Some people have waited almost 2-2.5 years for his decision.Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He is better than his ratings suggest. He's handled numerous complex cases quite well and generally treats all parties equally.

Slow, slow, slow. Getting a decision out of him is like trying to get blood from a stone.
