I was impressed with Judge Thrash. He and his staff understand civil litigation and complex cases. Extremely helpful and courteous.

Decides cases early, and appears not to permit his mind to be changed by the facts or the law. I agree with the other reviewer: 'May tend to pre-judge matters in weird, unexpected and sometimes unsupportable ways.'

Wondering . . . Is it possible to receive a statement disclosure of this Judge's stock holdings? Need to know which companies he has a financial stake. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks, Oliver

he has a time clock which very much favors the defense as it knows how much time it will take and plaintiff does not so plaintiff has to save time. bizarre discovery rulings. form over function over and over. not good at courtroom evidence rulings. seems to hate his job and is angry at everyone in the room for no reason

These illegals are targeting us, and profiling us, not vice versa. Immigrants are targeting GA, for it's hospitable population, excellent public education and healthcare, and an easy slip between the skilled and unskilled mix that is already here. They should not be here. AT ALL. His line of questioning is childish, and plebeian. Brain cells, are they there Thrash?

This judge ia a disgrace for his ruling against Christopher Raissi for carrying a gun even though he had a carry permit. Who appointed this moron?

May tend to pre-judge matters in weird, unexpected and sometimes unsupportable ways, but will ultimately let you try your case. Poor temperament at around 3:00 PM.

Judge Thrash is what a U.S. Federal Judge should be -- he's extremely well prepared, fair, courteous to counsel, clients, and members of the public who appear in his courtroom. If all judges emulated Judge Thrash, the judiciary would be respected by the bar and the public.
