A superior judge. Very courteous, thoughtful and knowledgeable about the law. Listens carefully to arguments made by counsel and displays an excellent grasp of legal issues and principles. The court system needs more judges like her.

Fortunate is the defendant whose case is assigned to Judge Matsumoto. She is eminently fair and compassionate. A thoughtful and kind judge.

Judge Matsumoto is extremely hard-working and sincerely tries to be fair to both sides. Her demeanor is excellent. Listens carefully to your arguments.
