Ruled that a very handicapped kid who was not provided 100's of hours of therapy at school was not denied FAPE.

Look at what Judge Saylor did to a pro-de plaintiff against Wells Fargo in open court. Just imagine what he does to the rest of us in the secret FISA courts.

This judge is either lazy or does not have the capacity to undertake complex cases. He showed a clear bias towards Justice Department opinions, and adopted that Department's misleading and inaccurate language in his decision. One of his opinions contained several factual errors, which indicates that he is either careless or lazy. I just read that he sits on the FISA court, and although he recently sided with the ACLU on the Snowden case, this is troubling.

I cannot fathom a negative rating or review of this judge. He is fantastic.

Very poor manners. I personally witnessed an instance where something was being reported to 'His Honor' and when the person was finished reporting the judge, without looking up or saying a word, waved the person out of his chambers with the back of his hand. Apparently they were not important enough to acknowledge. Why is it necessary for him to behave like that?

Very fair conduct of trial for a former AUSA and justice department official. Willing to depart from guidelines; not looking to bury in sentencing when given any reasonable opportunity to sentence below guidelines.
