Totally ignored and did not understand the evidence against Quincy Bioscience. As a result, hundreds if not thousands, of seniors have been bilked by this unscrupulous company. Dana William Aswad, PhD Professor Dept. of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry University of California, Irvine

Very even handed and fair. You should be so lucky to have him preside on most of your cases.

Agree that he is an old-line gentleman personality, but can be a little surly and smug. Entertains ridiculous arguments and does not cut to the chase. Leans towards the defense. Gave me very little discovery. Also did not issue an order after oral argument on motion, but instead verbally gave his ruling. Of course, this leads to a difference of understanding between the parties later on down the road.

Judge Stanton is very smart, very experienced and very practical. If you know what you are talking about and are well-prepared you'll do fine. BS definitely fails with him. He is an old-line gentleman personally.
