Judge Kosik is smart, down-to-earth, practical and compassionate -- He's a very unique judge and a credit to the bench. An excellent model for what a judge should be.

I have appeared in front of Judge Kosik numerous times and have always found him to be prepared having read the briefs, motions or whatever filings in advance. He is very punctual and gets right to the point with the issue before him. I always know he will be well informed when arguing before him. Plus, he is a real gentleman.
