Lightweight opinion in bankruptcy appeal. Advanced the expectation among bankruptcy practitioners that the district court punts bankruptcy issues.

Did not read papers; was in rush to get thru the hearing Pro forma so as to get back to her business at hand. Clearly committed error and didn't seem to care. Made inappropriate comments to a litigant not represented and made ridiculous comments regarding availability and right to legal services.
