this judge gave bribes to get here to Pet Wilson twice on repeated basis. once he is Federal his job was to protect the DA's office, his wife. Threw out our valid case believing held up Judicial misconduct. Its time to tell team player who took one for the team he and Summer have a major conflict by even being here.. Time to demote him now. this has been obvious for quite some time. fraud upon the court by this judge .

Absolutely, by far one of the best judges in the District. He's highly intelligent, extremely even-handed, respectful to all parties, runs his trials smoothly, and has an amazing judicial temperment. He is an absolute gentleman, and we are lucky to have him in our District. That being said, though it would be our loss, Judge Sabraw truly should be on the Ninth Circuit, which desperately needs judges like him. And to be clear, though I am former court staff, I did not work for him directly. He is a judge that every judge should strive to emulate.

After attending a motion hearing 04/02/10: the courtroom was very orderly and the Honorable Judge Sabraw's demeanor was one of calm; it seemed comfortable to address the court at his presence... This isn't to say I'm happy (not at all so far) with his decisions. I'm objecting/complying to a court order for producing a summons to CA (did it sort of) yet still pursuing justice.

Perhaps the smartest judge in the district. At motion hearings, he is as informed as the parties regarding the facts and applicable law. He is calm, evenhanded, prepared, and understanding.

Smart and fair. Plays hand close to vest. Gives whichever side he disagrees with just enough rope and then . . . .
