Upon reading Brown vs. Avvo, this appears to be yet another judge willing to make up facts to craft an opinion based upon his own pre litigation bias of an issue rather than actually taking the time to decipher the facts of the particular. I would guess he has a library of canned briefs as he utterly fails the bench and bar intellectually.

My experince with Judge Lasnik has akways been excellent. He is a VERY good judge. We are fortunate to have him as our Chief Judge-- which tells you a bit about what his fellow judges think of him.
