I have had the pleasure of appearing before him on numerous occasions and have always found him to be very fair and reasonable. He is also always eager to assist with regard to settlement and has assisted in resolving several cases that I have had before him. Any time I have a matter assigned to him as the Magistrate, and my adversary is in agreement, I consent to him proceeding over the matter.
