Comment 2378 reads like it was written by a pro se litigant rather than an attorney. Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion -- and we welcome reviews from pro se litigants -- but it's important that each writer be properly identified. Additionally, a commenter's personal feelings about a judge -- good or bad -- should not artificially influence the judge's score on matters such as scholarship. And so, #2378 may passionately dislike Sprizzo, but does he/she really believe he lacks scholarship? Does disagreement with the outcome of a case properly translate into such a conclusion? -- The Robing Room Moderator
