Excellent Judge. Judicious and able. Respectful of counsel. Gives all sides time to argue their positions; asks intelligent questions and really uses argument time to valuable effect. He was a top flight prosecutor but does not therefore take the prosecution side. (He was once a public defender if i am correct.) He is a top flight judge.
