Magistrate Peck is the worst magistrate judge in the history of the SDNY. He is arrogant and boastful yet has little intellectual firepower to back it up. He LOVES what little power that he can wield over lawyers, and uses his office to belittle them and act superior. In reality, this guy wouldn't last 2 minutes in a private law firm or a bar brawl. He has no business in law.
