THE ROBING ROOM

I have had two civil matters before Judge Zainey. One was for a plaintiff, the other for a defendant. My experience was very much contrary to the prior rater. I found him to be both knowledgeable and evenhanded. In fact, he went further out of his way to move each matter to a fair and expeditious end than has been my experience with most of the judges in the district.
