THE ROBING ROOM

Extremely conservative, pro-business and anti-consumer judge. Demonstrates extremely high bias against consumer litigants - and for big business. He cannot handle even remotely complex cases. He just finds a way to dismiss them to get them off of his docket. This judge gets very upset, and takes it out on litigants, when his lack of knowledge regarding federal and state law is questioned or challenged. He always takes a conservative view of everything, and will not make the right decisions even when given a plethora of relevant case law and/or precedent that shows his views to be contrary to the established case law in this state and circuit (and others).
