When someone is killed or injured, it is totally on the shoulders of Judge Day & prosecutors for letting a very dangerous man back into civil society! It may take months or a year before he acts again & he won't be followed or watched 24/7 for a long period. This is another Las Vegas massacre waiting to explode@
