To Whom it May Concern,
I understand that being pro se, it is my responsibility to learn how to navigate my own case, I KNOW THAT NOW, I am learning I can't depend on waiting for correspondence to move on with my case, I have to be proactive.
Although I did submit 2 letters within the past couple of months or so with no follow up responses, as a matter of fact, I have received no correspondence this year from the court in regards to my case docket #, to the point that the clerk in Judge Denise J. Casper's office said she mailed me things that I have not yet received Her name is Currie based on that I submitted an inquiry to the United States Post Service, online and mailed a letter to their Chicago office.
My case is being ghosted so to speak. No one is allowed to advise me; I am left to figure things out on my own. The defendants' lawyers filed a motion to dismiss, and the Judge supposedly complied without hearing anything from me or a good reason, I am told (by word of mouth) that she granted the defendant's request for a less broad complaint, which makes me wonder who is actually overseeing my case, because my original complaint was submitted with resources and more detail than I can offer on paper, so when do I get to testify. Something doesn't seem right.
If this correspondence isn't enough to get something done, I will be glad to answer any questions, I can be contacted @ f.madden444@yahoo.com, 79 Rantoul St., Apt 212, Beverly, MA 01915, (508) 345-4273.
There was confusion on my part regarding dates:
This should have been July 8, 2022
June 8, 2022

Boston, MA 02210, United States
District Court in Boston clerk's office Suite 2300
Regarding Case Docket # *
The Defendants filed a 'motion to dismiss' on the charge that I did not respond to a request for more information in a timely manner, claiming that they tried in good faith to contact me before filing this motion request by June10, they did not by phone, electronically or by USPS, I still have voice messages saved back to November 2021, none of them from them, they filed the first delay (included). It seems to me they are intentionally deliberately and unfairly trying to cause unnecessary delay and attempt to confuse me.
I would like to dispute their dismissal request.
A more definitive response from me after my original filing in my opinion is not required, unless the judge asks for it.
I left a job with the same organization to go work with them, in good standing Beth Israel Lahey at Beverly Hospital
Thank you

Madden vs Cab

Dear Judge Denise J. Casper,
I am concerned that I have not been able to testify in my case, and that CAB is using their influence to have their way against me. I don't think I am confused; I think that they are on purpose delaying everything. Which I stated in my last letter sent via USPS on 7/11/2022.
For the judge to make a decision without prior explanation, doesn't make sense to me.
I haven't been aggressive because I am waiting for information that never comes, there doesn't seem to be a format in my case, a letter, email or phone call, it seems every time I DO finally check something has already been decided without my testimony. In this day I don't see how communications get overlooked this often.
My reason for not hiring a lawyer is because their (CAB) has clout that I can't compete with and/or researching every lawyer on the North Shore of Massachusetts, adds to my stress, and they see me as small potatoes or they don't want to step into a case that has been filed already, I have made attempts, but it only delays and aggravates my anxiety. I am still trying, but I don't think a lawyer is necessary as long as proper procedures are being adhered to and I am finding that is not happening here.
I believe, they don't want me to testify because they think that my testimony would help my case, and I don't think theirs' will.
I do have another unemployment hearing scheduled for 8/4/2022. Whichever case I succeed in will be good enough, I am not looking for double favor. I even tried to settle by asking for a part-time job, they ignored that request, Human resources told me that I could be hired within their system, but I believe that there might be some retaliation happening instead, because my attempts at other employment have been mysteriously interfered with, I believe I have proof of this.
But I feel like I am behind the 8 ball with every decision being made I spend more time responding to delays, than actually stating my case.
I think my wording is precise and shouldn't require many more questions, but no one is asking me anything before making decisions.
Sincerely,
Fern 'Faye' Madden
UPDATE
August 1, 2022:
I spoke with Lisa, clerk from the office of Judge Casper's office, over the phone this morning, she said I should be expecting a letter, but I still remain confused as to why my letter dated 7/11/22 wasn't given more consideration as my response was to the defendants filing yet another motion to delay. Lisa's response was that the judge adhered to their request and that I overlooked that, so maybe somehow another communication got lost in the mail, because I did not read it that way, that I ignored the judge's order for more information in regard to my original complaint. Why would I do that?
I would need to understand what more explanation is necessary from my original complaint filed August 21 of last year. Otherwise, I wouldn't have said in the letter dated 7/11/22, I was waiting on the judge to make the determination, for more explicit information, I don't believe my first filing left anything to be confused about, and if it did, don't I deserve to be asked by the court in writing at least, before a decision is handed down so decidedly.
I am wondering if she (the Judge) is even getting my communication because I feel a disconnect is happening. I am working on having the defendants investigated, because they are not playing by the commonsense rules I would expect. My credit is excellent, and I think it would be worth the effort to see why so many disconnects in the past year, as well as, add to my original complaint.
I am mailing this USPS, because I was told emails to the judge were not allowed.
I will not send a copy of this to the defendant's lawyers, because I think they have the ability to harm me if I do, by translating my answers to act in their favor, which is unethical behavior in my mind.
I consider this and my last letter dated 7/11/22 formal answers to anything related to this ongoing case.
This is a formal submission for a request for reconsideration. If I need specific forms, I don't know how to find them.
I apologize for my mistakes, in continuing this complaint. I have never sued anyone before. I am trying to the best of my ability.

Additionally,
I have another dispute with Unemployment that I originally won against them (CAB) they appealed it; A hearing was scheduled for March 17, but I was deprived of my testimony because they neglected to appear by phone as scheduled. For weeks I had the impression it was over, and I had won by default, hearing judge, Eric Sullivan told me that directly. I only discovered that I didn't, when I hadn't heard from anyone in weeks and called to see why, causing me to miss another requested action. I had to appeal that decision. Unemployment did not advise me of the change in status all I got was the eligibility letter dated March 18, between that and May 16 I got 3 documents none of them included the 'loss' as shown in exhibit A. I had to file another appeal, they approved it but still haven't made another hearing date as of this date I called the hearing department today to find out what the delay was, July 8, a woman named Claudia answered the phone and said she would expediate it based on hard times.

P.S I am not sure of the wisdom of providing the docket number without being heard first.
