Judge Stephanie Agli Gallagher’s ruling in the Morgan State University case, where Dr. Dina El Mahdy was the plaintiff, was full of judicial errors, including messing up the timeline of events. This salient error ignores a clear proximity between Dr. El Mahdy’s complaint of racism from her chair, Dr. Sharon Finney, and her second complaint of sexual harassment against Dr. Solomon Alao, who wanted to sexually exploit Dr. El Mahdy using the accreditation and AACSB as a tool. The judge ignored all affidavits from Dr. El mahdy’s witnesses and allows perjury by Morgan State University actors. The ruling was also racist in tone because of Dr. El Mahdy’s religion and country of origin. Judge Gallagher frequently sides with the most powerful party in terms of governmental influence. Baltimore is so corrupt on so many levels, including the federal court. I agree with the comments on this page that go back to 2017 and warn the public that judge Gallagher should not be on the bench due to her racism towards victims. No wonder that this judge was nominated by both Obama and then Trump. This shows the huge controversies around her hiring but clearly corruption won her on the bench.
