An unusual judge and unusual human being. Judge Bianco combines a strong intelligence with a dedication to courteous decency that is rare. Regardless of whether he is disagreeing with my trial positions (with thoughtful explanations) or 'imposing' an unusually compassionate sentence to a rehabilitated defendant, he is an exceptional jurist.
