A suggestion for people who are pro se and have bad experiences in dealing with His Honor. Do a Google Scholar search of his cases that have been appealed. I found a silver bullet, and/or 'smoking gun' in 2 cases he'd been involved in. One was where he sat on a Circuit panel, and the other was a case he had remanded. Both cases were sympatico with what I needed to put a halt to proceedings to get a judgment after summary and pending appeal. The Rule Of Law does create justice.
