This is not sour grapes, but this 'judge' twisted and tortured the facts and the law in an 'Opinion' that was completely flawed and biased. His grant of an SJ was affirmed by a 2-1 split in the 6th Circuit, only demonstrating how the abusive power of trial judges can, and so often does, go unchecked. His reputatiion was not good to begin with; but, truly, I believe that he is held in higher esteem than warranted.
