I have spoken with other women attorneys and the consensus is that Judge Baer conducts the unrecorded conference calls he frequently has with the parties like frat parties. It is disconcerting to be in the year 2009 with a 75-yr old judge who still has this antiquated and disrespectful way of dealing with female attorneys 'off the record.'
