On his court web site he says that he rules on motions but in our case he delegated them to Magistrate Schlatter even though we expressly opposed that and didn't sign the form agreeing to adjudication by a magistrate. Then the magistrate struck the motion and ordered that all of plaintiffs' motions will be treated as an objection to an order. So there were no stipulations of facts. There was no discovery. Then judge Nottingham dismissed our case without complying with rule 52 b. He didn't site any facts or any laws. He didn't have any hearings. When I saw him later and asked him why he didsmissed the case, his only reason conflicted with the facts and the Supreme Court
