Very, very flexible in scheduling and very, very accomodating - understands the demands placed on busy trial lawyers. Has very high expectations for himself and others that sometimes lead to frustration. Keen sense of fairness and justice. Very independently minded. Always looking for ways to improve the civil justice system and the experience of jurors in his court. Very innovative. No one finer at jury trial management. Very patient with young and inexperienced lawyers but can be impatient with more experienced lawyers that are not well prepared.
