THE ROBING ROOM

Judge Manella is a credit to the judiciary. She is warm, courteous and fair. Since the time she began on the municipal court in Van Nuys, it has always been an honor and a pleasure to appear in her court. She is no longer a trial judge. Somewhat inexplicably to some, she has left the federal bench to become an associate justice on the California Court of Appeal.
