Very, very poor, much as she was as a State Court judge. She chooses sides at the outset, refuses to permit oral argument, even where both parties want it, and does not assist parties in resolving basic issues - even by referral to a magistrate judge. She shows little interest in the cases pending before her and pressing matters languish on her docket (still waiting for over a year for rulings on pre-trial motions). She devalues an otherwise very strong roster of federal jurists in the District.
