Judge Diamond distorts the evidence to fabricate a false 'factual' record so he can misapply the wrong law and always find for the government. Prosecutors know this and are encouraged to commit more ethical violations in his court that always go unpunished. US Sen. Patrick Leahy has publicly stated in '08 that Diamond starkly refuses to enforce constitutional rights of individuals. He is an ogre who tries to make private citizens feel guilty for entering his court and asking him to stop government abuses. He vigorously opposes Free Speech and tries to quash dissent with dubious prison sentences and civil sanctions. He is a thug, not an arbiter.
