Darrah is a blithering idiot. He denied an MSJ and found a question of fact on an issue that both sides agreed on. He has a nasty temper, especially when confronted with his own stupidity. I've been in front of bad judges before in my 25 or so years of practice, but he is by far the worst federal court judge I have ever seen.
