Likeably, smart and very capable. Her discovery rulings are usually right on the mark. She doesn't tolerate fools and nonsense. She is the go-to Magistrate Judge to settle a case, particularly if you have a difficult client - she is very skilled at bringing an unreasonable litigant around.
