I am writing this on one case only: the handling of the Diana Lee Flaherty case. It appears that she failed to show up to turn herself in to prison. Now we are waiting for the judge to issue a bench warrant for her arrest. Let's not delay this any more. Issue the bench warrant on the request of the prosecutor. Why or who are you protecting?
