This judge is vicious, sadistic, and has serious anger issues, which infiltrate every aspect of his position. He routinely berates court staff, including this in his own chambers. (He's had 3 secretaries in the last 12 months.) He also routinely bullies both prosecutors and defense attorneys with gusto. Duffy is a classic example of why lifetime appointments should be abolished.
