If Duffey is such an offense to the Bench, why has noone filed valid judicial complaints against him? The only way to solve a problem is to address it. When I mentioned to an associate the other day that I was sending comments about Duffey to Obamam they asked what that would accomplish. Do you all realize that his aspiration to higher positions is at the recommendation of the President? There is no way to stop this man in his current position, but there is a way to ensure he is never nominated for a higher Court position. This man has ruined our lives with his Pro Se prejudice.
