It appears that this 'jurist' has been overturned nearly a dozen times in the past year by the Second Circuit Court of Appeals...he does not seem to be intellectually qualified for this gig-no wonder he is retiring! I have also witnessed him make very biased, sexist comments in open court. Very outdated and out of touch.
