Magistrate Judge Atkins denied a simple motion to allow me to electronically file in case 13-cv-8 in EDKY. Judge Atkins fail to disclose that one of the defendants in 13-CV-8 was his recent law clerk Larrin Thompson and another defendant was her father Larry Thompson. I am in forma pauperis and being allowed to file electronically would have been great benefit to me and denying my simple motion was therefore great benefit to his former law clerk.
