Judge Lodge is incapable of making any decisions himself, and relies exclusively on his law clerks. He will not take the bench without first having his law clerks find out precisely what's up so that he can confer with them and have them tell him the answer before he takes the bench. He appears to know nothing about anything, and is fond of having his brother, a retired banker, sit in his chambers and courtroom all day long. This faux cowboy is a dolt.
