Dear Other Posters, I suggest you actually read the opinion. And then read the Constitution, specifically the SUPREMACY CLAUSE. You all probably chide judges for making policy decisions in general but then set about ridiculing them for not making the POLICY choice you want made. There''s no way around the Supremacy Clause and the rest of the Constitution. No legitimate lawyer thought this law had a chance. Get real. Sad how ignorant you all are.
