Very elitist judge. Hates, with a passion, anyone that comes to his Court without an Attorney. Rigs cases for Corporations. As dishonest as it comes. Does not believe the public has any rights. Hates the Constitution, but most of all Magistrate Seltzer hates the Elderly, the Disabled, and he hates American Disabled Veterans the most. Not fit to be a Magistrate!
