Judge Rafeedie's personal friend, Ronald Reagan put this judicial misfit on the bench. He is stupid, truculent, and a judicial thug. He reads his law clerks' rulings from the bench and then circulates all of them to every other judge in a vain attempt to show them that he has a brain. This guy is a real troglodyte who walks around the court house in a warm-up suit and an enormous black cowboy hat. He is pro-business, pro-government and anti-civil rights. He is as dumb as a post, but thinks he is smart. He is as grumpy and authoritarian as can be.
