Hard working magistrate who has on several occasions been a finalist for apppointment to the district bench, a post of which he is deserving. Even temperament, well-prepared and scupulously fair to all parties. Very low-key, with a good sense of humor. Not the greatest legal scholar, but works hard to master the issues in the case.
