THE ROBING ROOM

I'm a previous, once pro-se, litigant, and no doubt the judge knows who I am; throughout my lost cause of a case, with statute problems, lost discovery, and issues of both law and liability, Judge Restrepo's mediating contenance gently led to an 11th hour settlement, one where surprisingly all sides were totally satisfied with the outcome. The idea of justice squared in his court with the ideal upon which it has long been predicated, and he stands a stalwart steward of its best design.
