Judge Gottschall clearly can not make decisions and has even deferred to her clerk when pressed. She takes forever to make make rulings and thus burdens the court, and all involved with her cases. While she does have a plesent demeanor, seems quite friendly, intelegent and knowledgable she is clearly outmatched in the management of her court. She should retire.
